Quality & Technology
Zero-vibration engineering: from raw alloy to spindle rail.
Based on international standards, our many years of experience manufacturing spindles, customer requirements, ongoing market research, and strict monitoring of the most recent product developments, we choose the input materials for textile spindles — steel, aluminium, inserts, and other purchased components — under documented quality plans that outline the criteria for each input.
Inputs
We choose the input materials for textile spindles, such as steel, aluminium, inserts, and other purchased components, based on international standards, many years of manufacturing experience, customer requirements, ongoing market research, and strict monitoring of recent product developments. Our quality plans outline and detail the criteria for each input.
Selection of Suppliers
Inputs are obtained from well-known manufacturers on a national or worldwide scale, or from their authorised dealers or distributors. Only providers with the capacity or capability to meet our rigorous standards are used to buy inputs.
Incoming Inspection
All inputs are placed through a rigorous incoming inspection process that includes testing for dimensions, chemicals, and metals. We have the ability to internally check all inputs. Our manufacturing department does not use the inputs until all necessary inspection and testing tasks have been successfully performed.
Preservation
All inputs, raw materials used in the production process, and final goods are stored in a way that prevents the product’s quality from degrading.
Selection of Product Realization Processes and Equipment
Our extensive knowledge and worldwide best practises are used to choose the product realisation procedures, particularly those that are production-related. The procedures involved in the realisation of a product are adequately controlled and monitored. Critical components like spindle shafts are manufactured with extra care. Modern machinery is chosen and installed with the intention of creating items of the highest calibre.
In-Process Inspection
By performing first piece approvals, line inspections, 100% operator inspection, periodic measurement setting checks, and batch approvals, the quality of the product being produced is continuously monitored.
Final Inspection
A thorough final inspection that includes checks before, during, and after assembly is performed on the finished product. No product is authorised for shipment until every examination, including performance testing, has been successfully completed.
